SMS Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you submit a recruiting form, communicate with our recruiting team, or participate in our SMS program, we may collect:

• Your first and last name, email address, mobile phone number and other application information you choose to provide.
• Your SMS consent record, including the consent language shown to you, the date and time of consent, and the page or source where consent was provided.
• Text-message activity, including messages sent and received, delivery status, opt-out requests and support requests.
• Basic technical and attribution information, such as the landing page, referral source, browser information and campaign parameters.

2. How we use information

We use this information to:

• Review and administer your job application.
• Send recruiting messages about your application, interview scheduling, reminders and hiring updates.
• Respond to your questions and support requests.
• Honor opt-out requests and maintain consent and compliance records.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve our recruiting systems and communications.
• Comply with applicable law and protect the rights, safety and security of applicants, our business and others.

3. How information may be disclosed

We may disclose limited information to vendors that help us host our application forms, store applicant information, provide recruiting services, deliver text messages, prevent fraud, or operate our systems. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us or as required by law.

We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or a valid government request; to protect legal rights or safety; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone information or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Data retention and security

We retain recruiting and SMS records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including application administration, legal compliance, dispute resolution and enforcement of our agreements. Retention periods may vary based on the type of record and applicable requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

5. Your choices

• Opt out of SMS: Reply STOP to any recruiting text message. We may send one final confirmation that your opt-out was processed.

• Apply without SMS: SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment or consideration for employment. You may apply or continue communicating by email.

Opting out of SMS does not withdraw your job application. If you want to update or ask about your recruiting information, contact us using the details below.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top identifies the latest revision. Material changes will apply prospectively as required by law.
