SMS Terms and Conditions
These SMS Terms and Conditions govern recruiting text messages sent by BP Roofing Ventures LLC, doing business as Upstanding Roofing ("Upstanding Roofing," "we," "us" or "our").
1. Program description
Upstanding Roofing's recruiting SMS program provides recurring messages about your job application, interview scheduling, reminders and hiring updates. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.
2. Consent to receive messages
When you enter your mobile number and affirmatively check the SMS consent box on an Upstanding Roofing recruiting form, you authorize Upstanding Roofing and its service providers to send recruiting text messages to the number you provided. Your consent applies even if that number is on a state or federal do-not-call list.
SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment, consideration for employment, or any purchase. You may apply or communicate with our recruiting team by emailing fr@upstandingroofing.com without consenting to SMS.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the status of your application and recruiting activity, up to 5 messages per month. You may receive additional messages when you request help, respond to a recruiter, or change your preferences.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging, data and other charges are your responsibility. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any Upstanding Roofing recruiting text message to unsubscribe. We may send one final message confirming that your opt-out request was processed. After opting out, you will not receive additional recruiting SMS messages unless you provide a new, affirmative consent.
Opting out of SMS does not withdraw your job application and does not prevent non-SMS communications about your application.

7. Carrier and delivery terms
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. The program may not be available on every device, carrier, or service area.
You are responsible for providing a valid mobile number that you are authorized to use and for notifying us if that number changes.
8. Privacy
Our SMS Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect information connected with the recruiting SMS program. Mobile information, text-message originator opt-in data and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Changes or termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the recruiting SMS program or these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Changes apply prospectively as required by law.
